We are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Client Services Director, Emma Beagrie.

Emma joins us from the The APS Group where she held the same role, working on a range of public sector and charity accounts including Highways England, the Cabinet Office and the RSPCA.

Prior to APS, she was Account Director at Red C for 7 years, managing the N Brown and Hoseasons accounts.  She brings a wealth of experience from both client side and agency roles, with a particular focus on growing accounts and delivering exceptional client service.

“I’m incredibly excited to be joining C21 at what is a pivotal time for their future. They have a long history of great work, and long-standing client relationships and l’m looking forward to working with Christina and the team to explore how we can continue to drive this forward.” – Emma

The appointment signals the continuation of a significant period for C21 and our rich 23-year history. We feel fortunate that we were able to successfully adapt to, and navigate through, the last 18-months, whilst maintaining our high quality standard and great service for clients around the world.

With success comes growth, and as we embark on this new chapter together, Emma’s key objective will be to add momentum to this upward trend. She will focus on managing the project management team to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for our existing clients, whilst also working closely with our MD and Strategy Manager to develop a robust commercial approach.

Our expanded C21 family also includes Tevon McCrea who joins our Digital Team as a Midweight Developer. Having previously worked as a Software Engineer at Manchester Metropolitan University and London based Kleyo, Tevon brings a wealth of experience to enhance our digital services.

Of our newest team members, Christina Clarke said:

“It’s great to bring on board strong players who complement the dynamic of our existing team. Emma and I had a fantastic rapport from the get go and I feel confident that she understands our philosophy and approach. From day one, she felt like one of us. Tevon, again, felt like a natural fit for C21. With an enquiring mind – he asked me some tough questions during the interview – and a great personality, he’s everything you could want in a developer. The C21 team continues to grow, going from strength to strength. The future feels bright and exciting, and I think this next phase in our history, more than any other, will see momentous progress.’
