We’re looking for a new Project Manager to join our team of change creators. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have experience of creative project management, social media and working on digital campaigns. The role is full time but we would consider a FTC.

Role purpose

Responsibility for managing and developing client accounts and contributing to the success and growth of the agency.

Accountabilities

  • Managing a range of client accounts across the complete mix of integrated branding, advertising, digital, print and direct mail campaigns and projects from initial concept to completion.
  • Liaising with and building strong relationships with clients to ensure successful completion of projects/campaigns, on time and within budget.
  • Liaising, and maintaining strong relationships, with Studio, the Project Management team and C21 suppliers to facilitate the above.
  • Understanding client objectives/markets to maximise existing business opportunities and identify new ones.
  • Managing project/campaign profitability, budget and client administration on accounts, using our internal job-bag system, Synergist.
  • Clearly interpreting and preparing client creative campaign/communication briefs, and copy where required, for Studio.
  • Planning, coordinating and controlling production related processes.
  • Responsible for the selection of suppliers, product tech and substrates, that are fit for purpose, competitive, efficient, reliable and produce quality work.
  • Overseeing production processes on allocated projects and liaising with Senior Project Managers and Head of Project Management to agree best placed management and attendance of any offsite installations / builds / conferences / events.
  • Working across all digital media channels, planning and executing social media campaigns.
  • Working with senior team members, if and where necessary, to provide all initial strategic input into the delivery of major campaigns or projects, digital tools such as websites, CGI production and animations, to ensure a clear and comprehensive brief can be provided to Creative, Studio and Web Development teams.
  • Producing production schedules and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Producing client quotations and invoicing accordingly to meet set targets.
  • Remaining abreast of developments in production processes and digital media.

Knowledge/skills/experience

  • Substantial creative agency Project Management experience.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work efficiently.
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of marketing communication.
  • Eye for creativity and design effectiveness.
  • Detail orientated, effectively organised and conscientious.
  • Strategic and commercial thinker.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Copes under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
  • Sound knowledge of design packages and production processes including print, exhibition services, media, social media, web and animation and CGI production
  • IT proficient with the ability to adapt to new internal systems
  • Good negotiation skills
