With great experience, even greater enthusiasm, our ideal candidate will have a minimum two years experience, a great portfolio of work and the ability to add value at every step.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working in an advertising/creative/design agency environment
  • Fully knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/XD)
    After Effects is a bonus
  • Capability to work in PowerPoint and Word
  • Embrace AI to improve workflow and enhance output
  • Have an understanding of accessibility and willing to improve skills
  • Strong retouching and visualisation skills
  • Strong layout and typographical skills and knowledge of fonts
  • The ability to take work from initial design style and roll out to completion
  • Communication skills to engage with designers and printers
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with senior account managers and account executives as well as your clients
  • Reporting skills in order to provide progress updates at every stage of the design and artwork process
  • Time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help
  • A methodical approach to work and meticulous attention to detail
  • Have a positive and resilient attitude, calm when confronted with deadlines and challenges
  • Someone who is a self-starter who works proactively to deliver work to deadline
  • Overall team player who loves working collaboratively
  • The ability to listen to feedback and use it to improve
